Delivery Timeframes

Health Muscle Body dispatches your order from Melbourne, Australia. We use Australia Post (registered mail) for all deliveries unless specified. Australian and International orders received with clear funds will be dispatched usually within 24 hours Monday – Friday. International orders will be registered and insured.

If an item is out of stock, and remains unavailable for 48 hours, you will be notified.

Tips to ensure your delivery arrives as soon as possible

• If there's a chance no one will be at home during business hours, it is better to supply a work address for delivery.
• If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you.

Delivery Costs within Australia - A $10.50 flat rate or less for postage and handling is all you'll pay for all orders (any size) to anywhere in Australia .

All International shipments will be charged postage costs, these will be calculated and advised accordingly by email. Optional insurance is also available and can be included within costs.
