Weigh In Address Details

25th May 2012 4pm - 6pm

*If you have submitted your forms/music prior and are NOT in a weight class you are not required to attend.

All weight class competitors who cannot attend weigh in must submit entry form and music prior to the event and notify by email to make other suitable arrangements.

Weigh in information

Weigh-In & Registration:

All competitors must attend the official Weigh-In & Registration.

If you are in a division that does not require your weight as long as you have submitted all forms and music you are not required to attend this weigh in and just check in and be at the competitor briefing on the morning of the show.

If you are a interstate competitor or in case of an emergency or work committment and can not attend the weigh in you must have submitted all your forms and music in prior to the competitions weigh in date and be at the competition on competition day between 8.30am and 9am.

There will be no late entries just because you decide to enter the competition the morning of the show without us having the forms and music as stated at close of weigh in date (normally the day before)
