This workshop is amazing and my gosh what dedicated and motivating people i met. For anyone interested in competing in any category, or just to learn more about how to transform your body, i highly recommend this 'Get The Edge' workshop. I haven't been too sure of what to expect with competing, and after meeting so many other people interested in the same thing, and so many of them competing only weeks away they were a sight not to miss. Not only did i learn about postural imbalances/abnormalities and symmetry i also got to show the whole class my lack of symmetry in my shoulders, of which i will need to strength train and focus on each side differently to balance this problem out. Or learn how to hide it on stage so i appear symmetrically perfect to the judges. All of which is mind blowing just thinking about being up on stage. We practised posing for a little while, i'm not sure if it was 10 minutes or an hour but it felt like an hour haha. I have a new found respect for every competitor who has made it on stage. My right calf muscle was so tight the following day after having my right foot pointing forward with each pose. And i was getting a sweat up ho
