Setbacks..

Posted in [Uncategorized] By Tammy Munson

So for the last week i have been having some problems with my arms and training.  When training my back, bi's or tri's and chest my arms have been going completely numb.  i thought a little bit of numbness was normal when training them to the point that they nearly drop off, but they have been going numb after the frist set and staying numb even when i'm at home not training. I also get pins and needles in my fingers and my wrists feel like i need to stretch them non stop to stop the pain.  My doctor has told me that i'm overtraining my arms and that they need a rest, as my nerves are getting tired to quickly thus shutting off all feeling in them.  They are at a point where even if i lean on one arm to read a book in bed my whole arm goes numb, then i get shooting tingles in my last two fingers.  As i also have a sick 2 year old with temperatures and a cold, which i am getting, i have chosen to take this week off all training so i can come back stronger next week and hopefully have feeling back in my arms.

Has anyone else experienced this before??

Hope your all training hard and eating clean!!!

Have a great week.

Tammy :)
