FAQ - Shipping Minimize

After choosing to place an order with HMB Health Online.....

HMB Health Payment Options are online via Pay Pal (FREE to open up an account if you havent an account with them) OR you may choose to do the following...

'Payments through Paypal

These payments can be done directly through the HMB Health online shopping cart if you have a paypal account you can send money through Paypal using the email address above and the "send money" option from your paypal account page.

Payments by Visa or Mastercard

Credit Card payments can be done directly through the HMB Health online shopping cart via paypal. Alternatively, you can provide your credit card details by phone 03 9878 6232 and a HMB Health representative will process the transaction manually. We will require all details from your card including, name, number, expiry date and the 3 digit code on the back of the card.

 

  1. Goods shall be packaged in a manner which shall prevent product damage during transport
  2. Goods are freighted via Australia Post "Regular Parcel" mail service.
  3. We endevour to post your product within 1-6 business days of funds of puchase being cleared. We generally do a post office run every Thursday if not more often/
  4. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods. After confirming any claim we shall re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of HMB Health online i.e. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.
  1. If we do not have the product you have ordered in stock due to popular demand we will endevour to send out parts of your order and the rest within 1-6 business days from when your payment of purchase is cleared. You will be notified via email if we think the order will be more than 7 business days of dispatching and you receiving your item. No extra postage fees will apply.
